When we arrived we were given a room upgrade, but that appeared to mean only that we were on the top floor(6), as there was nothing larger about the room. It’s still a very nice room and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Lots of nice toiletries offered as well. The gentlemen who checked us in (Marcus, I think) was very accommodating and told us about all of our options at the hotel during our stay, from the spa to Sunday tea.
I gave it 4 stars because we didn’t live the area- not that it was dangerous because it was fine - it just didn’t feel like the location for a 5 star boutique. It was super convenient to Disney though, so I will give it that, and at a fraction of the price of other 5 start resorts.
We also had dinner at Salt and The Cellar, which was tummy, but the drink list might give you sticker shock. If you plan to enjoy some libations, know ahead of time that this is where they make their money. The presentation is fabulous though.
