Lovely stay
Me and my girlfriends had a fantastic time at this resort. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff made us feel welcome from day 1 and provided good service with a smile. So many pools to take advantage of and lovely beach areas too. Great place to relax and disconnect. Make sure to visit the spa, it’s incredible!

nice property average rooms. dirty sofa and wet. most of the guests/People that were there because of the all inclusive alcohol and food was trashy and loud and obviously 4 sharing a room to be able to afford it. I would not stay there again!

Kids camp was perfect. Food was pretty awful. The forced reservation for every night with no option for walk in was just dumb. Elevator in our complex had no mechanism to stop doors from closing. Giant safety hazard. I saw a guy get totally squished in between the doors. I was really worried for my daughters safety.

Concierge didn’t want to help us making reservations or booking from our room we had to physically go to the desk! Also we tried to go to elite tours in house and they were very rude and completely dismissed us and said they didn’t have time for questions simple said here’s a pamphlet I can’t give u any answers. When we told the front desk nothing was done not even a sorry or anything he just stared at us ? Also booked a bike tour and we were at the meet up point 20 min before the time. And no one ever showed up and to top it off the last day there one of the staff member on the beach kept trying to take pictures w us we felt weird said no thank you and then he started recording us while in bathing suit!

Gabriel at Cocomare was fantastic and Jamie / Sergio at Mexcal gave us great service too We did a tequila tasting at the resort and Angel the mixologist did a great presentation Service like this confirms that we will be back

This is an amazing, beautiful resort. The architecture and furniture are phenomenal. There are wonderful stone and wood elements throughout the lobby and entrance area. I appreciated all the small details. You are staying in quiet luxury. I’ve stayed in several hotels and resorts, but this is my favorite. We swam in the pool every morning and enjoyed the ocean views. The buffet was amazing, with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the best time. We even extended our trip a couple of days, just to relax and enjoy ourselves. It’s about 15 minutes from Tulum. You’ll have to take a taxi and it was over $100 RT. Which is very expensive! But there are some great restaurants in Tulum. Overall, 10/10. We’ll definitely come again!

This all inclusive hotel was beautiful! Every area is designed so well. The restaurants were all gorgeous with an upscale menu. The staff was attentive and friendly, and made our stay great. I loved our room, it was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The only down side for me was that the beach this property is on is not that great. However, there are many pools to swim in and lounge at.

This place was great except the mosquitos!!! We were waiting for transport to our casa after dinner and we all got attacked by literally more than a dozen mosquitoes. We were all covered in bites. They should spray. Also there should be more options for snacks btw meals and late night. The property is beautiful and clean the staff was also amazing. I will go back, highly recommend! I’ll Bring bug repelllent next time lol

My husband and I absolutely loved the resort! Karen was the best! Luis Miguel from Enclave bar and Lucy were the best! We loved them! They all treated us like family! We were sad to leave! Definitely coming back!

We had a great time. There could be more food options but overall food was good. We were bummed waterpark was not open amd one of the pools was closed while we were there but we still had a great time and can't wait to go back. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful resort, food was delicious at the fine dining restaurants. Definitely would recommend longer hours at the lobby bar as this was the only place for drinks and dancing
