Initial payment process was insane. First, they absolutely would NOT take payment over the phone. Second, they insisted that the room be viewed before payment. This should have been at least a yellow flag. This room looked NOTHING like the pictures on their website. The hotel was being updated and apparently the selection of rooms was minimal. Speaking of minimal, so was the room: 1 queen bed, 1 small table with 2 chairs, TV. It also had a kitchenette. The refrigerator had rust spots on the VISIBLE side. We had to sweep and mop the floors multiple times to get them clean - WE purchased mop, bucket and cleaning liquid.
