I was really disappointed in the level of service we received during our stay in the hotel. The room was not properly prepared for 2 guest, even though that's what the booking said. Half of items in the room were missing for the 2nd person, like bathrobe, slippers, etc. When we brought this to the attention of the staff over the phone, we were promised the problem will be resolved shortly. After 10 minute silence, we called again and got another portion of promises. And then the same happened again. And again. Overall we made 4 calls in the span of an hour. We have wasted all this time waiting for someone to come, which is a lot considering this was a weekend trip for us. We have brought up this issue during the checkout, to which we got a response which I can only summarise as "Ah, so sorry that happened to you". It didn't happen to us. You did this. Talking to guests in passive voice does not make the situation better. It is baffling to me that this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel service. I would your hotels at all cost.
