Hotel was great. I do think for the price if a special occasion is mentioned an acknowledgement of some kind would be nice. Even if it’s just a card or note. I did mention in my booking that we were in town visiting to celebrate my bff’s 50th birthday. Although many hotels will give a complementary wine or snack or something I didn’t really know what to expect but again a small gesture of any kind would’ve been cool.

Our family of four spent 8 days at this hotel, and it was a total win! Even before we arrived, a rep reached out to ask if we needed anything prepped—major points for knowing we had kids in tow. Early check-in? Granted! The hotel is sleek, clean, and tech-savvy, with everything controlled by a handy app. Housekeeping spoiled us with twice-daily cleanings, and the kids were over the moon with daily treats and a surprise of cookies and chocolate, complete with a cute hand written note. The location was spot-on—away from the Orlando madness but just a quick 20-40 minute drive to the fun stuff. Free parking across the hotel (2 min walk) and an uncrowded, clean pool made the stay perfect. There were restaurants inside the hotel and within the area that were great. Overall was a fantastic and memorable stay. Highly recommend!
