Hotel had a courtesy car hotel car that was never available. But other than not having a car, the hotel was modest and comfortable and quaint. Unfortunately hotel room didn’t have an espresso coffee machine. At least we had complimentary water bottles.

Located across the street from the Plaza and next to the Sheri Nederland, this hotel maintains its place as the best legendary hotel in NYC. Simply a brilliant property with an amazing staff of super friendly and accomodating people, this hotel is beyond first class and five stars.

We had a problem with our room (there was a squeaking sound) and Crystal, the manager, was very attentive, giving us a different room and walking us up to the new room to make sure it suited our needs.
