The site says that there is a help desk to accommodate your arrival. But I received an initial email saying that the arrival was “autonomous” that I would get instructions for self check in. The email never arrived and no one answered multiple calls and emails. I had to get another hotel at the very last minute. This was a frustrating experience and would not recommend it to anyone.

El check in es terrible no puedes entrar a la propiedad hasta que encuentres un Oxxo para pagar mientras estás ahí con maletas en la banqueta y la calle no se ve segura aparte del frío que hacía depues de navegar por fin te pide tu identificación le mandas foto y te da un código que habré la puerta luego otro código que habré la habitación si no tienes saldo en tu teléfono ya te arruinaste porque la bocina que tiene en la puerta principal NO se escucha nada No me quedaría otra vez ahí y NO lo recomiendo menos a mujeres solas

Un hotel pequeño cuartos pequeños cama que parecía cuneta incómoda las paredes del cuarto son de tabla roca y todo se oye baños con moho definitivamente no volvería !! Tiene buena ubicación !! Un detalle que en ningún hotel me ha pasado mi esposa ensució una toalla y me cobraron $120 pesos 😡 que por qué necesitaba un tratamiento especial cuando me dieron una toalla delgada vieja y que se puede desmanchar con cloro o vanish . Es un hotel barato pero lo barato sale caro !!! Aguas con eso !!

Corchon viejo e incomodo
Honestamente estoy decepcionado por el corchon de la cama. Tan incómodo era y me sentí estafado. La verdad si en el cuarto solo hay una cama, invierte tantito pensando en la gente que quiere descansar bien. Por fin nos fuimos de ahí a la mitad y no quedamos la última noche por la misma incomodidad.

Es un buen lugar para descansar, solo que el ruido de afuera se escucha adentro sobre todo por las noches, pero si te toca suerte y no hay ruidos descansas muy agusto. Son habitaciones para ir solo o en pareja, no recomiendo con familia

Buen lugar pero podrian mejorar.
La ubicación es perfecta, tiene muchos lugares para comer cerca, la habitacion es pequeña pero funcional. Contras, las personas llegan a cualquier hora y en estado inconveniente por lo que fueron rebotando en todo el pasillo. Se escucha mucho ruido de otros usuarios en la madrugada.
