Horrible! The beddings aren’t changed after each stay. Upon checking in, immediately, I noticed hair on the bed and pillows. From suspicion, I decided to lift the blanket since the top comforter seemed wrinkled, and dear, when I tell you it was dirty, IT WAS. There were hair and crumbs on the bed, as if the last guest was eating snacks in bed. House keeping probably just made the bed with the same sheets and comforters to make it seem like they switched it out. In addition, the room has an odor, which was probably why they left the room wall AC on. The fridge also had left over food, two bottles of alcohol from the last staying guest, and the floors were not swept. There were crumbs and trash on the floors. I didn’t inspect the bathroom, as I left immediately to let front desk know. I took pictures of the room condition, however the front desk seems to be aware of the condition so he refused to look at the pictures. I didn’t stay and left the property. I requested a refund, however he was not able to approve the refund. He handed me a card and told me to call the number.
