I should’ve left the moment I walked into our room. The carpet was very damp feeling. I noticed that the room was never properly cleaned. The front desk manager came up and apologized for having the maintenance man clean since they were short a maid that day!!! I let it go and let him try to clean the room with the wrong spray that left streaks. The next day while watching a movie in the dark we had TWO BED BUGS crawl across us! Upon inspecting behind the headboard no wonder-IT WAS FILTHY! We packed up and left and went next door to the Hilton. I don’t know how this place isn’t closed. Don’t stay here. I’m grateful they gave me my money back but they have a lot of work to be one a professional hotel again.

Frustrating stay.
The room across from ours had bed bugs, when we pulled back our sheets to check our bed we found items behind the bed from the last tenants. When we checked the couch we found pizza trash and toys and lots of dirt around in and under the couch. We didn’t find any bedbugs in our room however so that was a plus. We had a two bed room with a pull out couch. There were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out. When I went to the front desk they told us they were out of blankets and pillows so my kids only had sheets. I checked back later in case there was a laundry issue and they said they were just out. They also charged someone’s credit card that was not mine for the room and couldn’t figure out what to do when I informed them about it. The hot tub was broken, the air in the pool area was broken and it was ridiculously hot and humid in the room. The breakfast area was set out in the morning and never restocked the entire time so if you came down even two hours before it was done most of the food was gone. It was overall a frustrating experience and quite disappointing.

Wonderful stay
All around a wonderful stay. Had a room on the 4th floor which was exceptionally quiet. Even the air conditioner was quiet. Room was neat and clean and the cleaning crew was very accommodating making the bed and clean bathroom for the next night on request. Breakfast was good also.

We have stayed here before. Friendly staff and very comfortable beds/room. We booked this hotel this time around for the pool and hot tub for our kids and we got to the hotel the pool was closed. The kids were super disappointed and we asked if we could be compensated in any way but the answer was no. Room and hotel were pretty clean but main bathrooms and workout room could have been cleaner. Breakfast was middle of the road. And for these reasons we are only giving 4 stars. We would be willing to stay again though.
