Syed0 (sp?) was as an absolute sweetheart and really took the time to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

Good location but unprepared for weather
Location is great. Many food options within minutes of the hotel. We did have snow during our stay. I fell in the parking lot and told the desk staff on 3 occasions. The only reply I received was “I hope you feel better “. No report was taken and nothing was written down.

Clean hotel but bed was broken
Our mattress was broke so we were rolling towards the middle of the bed the whole three days that we were there. Maintenance tried to fix it, but he said there wasn’t another mattress in the hotel and it was just super uncomfortable. The staff were super friendly amd the hotel was clean.
