Give it a miss
Checked in around 7pm. During check in staff walked off to discuss staffing issues with other staff members and left us waiting. We asked we dining and advised re times. Didn’t advise to book. Tried to visit restaurant told no space ( clearly was ) and had large tables coming in. We ordered a take out. Whilst waiting in reception for this no further guests entered the dining room (50 mins). I approached reception to suggest they encourage people to book in advance if hotel is busy ( Premier inn had emailed us the week before to do this !) Staff member cut me off part way through and said. I have been advising people book on check in.
Booked a suite sofa bed very poor quality.
Stayed last year and it’s not half as good as it was before. Tables not laid out for hot food at breakfast and slow service at lunch. Very poor overall.
