The hotel is VERY FAR away from the main areas of other hotels, and transportation is very inconvenient, shuttle buses to the main areas of Macau are very seldom. The hotel relied on check-in counters of the same group, there were only 3 check-in counters for all 3 hotels. I arrived at 9:45 pm on a Friday night and had to queue up (standing!!!) for 75 mins for checking in. EVERYONE in the hotel lobby was exhausted and impatient. There were impatient guests yelling at the check-in counter, the front desk staff were helpless, and the hotel management did nothing to handle the situation.
The room numberings were all in a mess, My room number is 1230 and the room is not arranged according to the number order. Strange enough, 1230 is NOT close to 1229, and there was no signage showing how to reach the room.
During checkout, the lobby is filled with people AGAIN, Again, the management seems to take no notice of this situation leaving their guests to wait, and shouting and kids running around in the lobby.
The housekeeping of the hotel is generally good, the room is tidy and clean. And the toiletries are of very good quality. I have expectations of the brand L'Occitane, however, the hotel management give it a bad name. I will never go to this hotel again.
