Awful staff communication. It took them 24 hours to bring us toilet paper. Asked around noon. Messages kept getting mixed up, different people replying. Around 6pm they told me it was too late. They understood very little English, which is understandable, except that English speaking is on the listing. When it finally came the next day, they left it outside the door without knocking or letting us know. They wouldn’t bring more paper towels and kept saying we had to pay if we want clean towels. Which isn’t what we asked for, but is also crazy. You have to pay for clean towels no matter how long you stay? They told me to “pay attention” to their previous message and check the listing (it’s not in the listing). We had to set an appointment for our check out - because they have to check the electric gauge and see how much you owe them if you went over your daily allowance of juice. We waited a full hour and they never showed so we left. They are supposed to take a deposit; Thankfully they forgot for us because we couldn’t wait around any longer. When I told them that no one came, they said they would “waive my electric fee”. We had none, as we didn’t get close to going over the allowance. We checked the gauge every day. All around awful experience with these people.
