新しいホテルで良かったのですが、吹き抜けと外部が同じ空間の為湿気やカビ臭さが部屋に残ります。 そして部屋の掃除が今一つで埃クズ木部の上に残ってる状態‼️残念です。 朝食のビッフェ、ガッカリです。金額的にかなり期待しました。他のホテルより1、2割は高いです。スパームにウインナーにベーコン、焼魚、焼いて出してあるだけ⁉️それなりに自慢できる様なまたは沖縄らしい料理は一つも無し‼️ それなりの金額に合う料理を望みます。 チェックアウトと清掃時のエレベーターの使い方を考えて欲しいです。清掃時にはエレベーターは色んな階で止まったままで全然動きません。他のお客さんも 「冲縄だから遅いのでは」と皮肉ってました。 2泊3泊するお客も居ます。昼間の時間もエレベーターは利用します。清掃係の人にも指導お願いします。

港近くで国際通り中心部からはやや離れていますが、レンタル自転車が無料で借りられ良かったです。部屋は、清掃が行き届いて綺麗でしたが、最初に案内された部屋は強い湿気のせいかカビ臭があり、フロントに相談して部屋を変えて頂けました。変更後の部屋は臭いもなく、快適に過ごさせていただけました。朝食は付けなかったので、近所のパン屋さんで買ったのですが、これがとても美味しかったです。せっかくなので夜ご飯で一回、カレーを食事を頂きました。最初温めが不十分で、ぬるいカレーは嫌だったので、温め直して貰いました。味は美味しかったので、ちょっと残念。帰り早朝便でタクシー必須でしたが、空港近くて、助かりました。トータルでは、楽しく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
