The locatipn is amazing. The ropm is comfortable. Our stay was marvelous. We will come back for sure. The front desk people ate polite, efficient and extremely kind. A perfect hotel close ro at least 3 metro lines (within 0.6 km).

The rooms were so clean and very comfortable. The lady that cleaned our room I believe her name was Alejandra (she had blond hair) was so kind and left our room so well cleaned that it made me feel just like I was home. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful! I will be staying here in two months when I go back for sure!

The hotel is just opposite Santa Ana square where there are lots of restaurants but the windows are double glazed and it was very quiet in the room.
