Wonderful staff
The nicest staff and the hotel is very nice as well. Unfortunately the balloons didn’t fly while we were there but a guide told us it was one of the best view points for seeing them. The hotel doesn’t serve or allow alcohol and there is a dress code. That’s the Halal part. Wasn’t an issue for us but was a little surprised since I haven’t experienced a halal hotel before.

I would Like to say My special Thank you to Mr Mehmet at the reception desk. He is truly wonderful, helpful and attentive :) upon our check out on November 2, 2024 at 9am, Mr. Mehmet went beyond to Help us with the changes of our trip schedule (airline , hotel and car rental). He was so helpful and kind, Really hospitable to the guests. Mr. Mehmet is truly a gem at this hotel! We have been to a lot of 5 star hotels and the service he gave US Will be remembered forever. Thank you for your Help and for making our trip memorable and smooth. Amazing hot Air balloon view every morning at this hotel. Breakfast was good as well. Please book hot Air balloon at this hotel as you Will not regret it! I was hesitant at first but The company they booked for US was amazing! The balloon went under/below the cave and we even touched the leaves/tree. It went over to a lot of areas as well. Most of the balloons were just at one area.

Great suites!
I had previously visited Cappadoccia/Goreme and decided to go on my honeymoon, so this was my 3rd hotel I stayed in. Comparatively, rooms are above average, very clean and no bad smell from the bathrooms (problem in general in turkey) Staff are nice and breakfast was great! but the views are from the other side of the valley, nice but not as the views of the other side. We had a premium suite which made it perfect, but the value for money is a bit off compared to other premium suites. It is a relatively new hotel and overall good stay!

Otele giriş yapmadan bir kaç gün öncesinde rezervasyon hakkında bilgi almaları ve sürekli irtibat halinde olmaları güzeldi. Otelin yeri Göreme’de çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde güzel bir konuma sahip. Otele giriş esnasında güzel bir ekip bizi karşıladı. Odamızda balayı çifti olduğumuz için güzel bir süsleme vardı ve meyve tabağı ikramları güzeldi. Otelin yerden ısıtma sistemi olması çok iyi. Özellikle sabah kahvaltısı çok güzel ne çok nede az 2 kişiye yetecek miktarda kahvaltıları mevcuttu. Ayrıca odada minibarın ücretsiz olması bizi biraz şaşırtmıştı. Çıkışta hediye jestleri çok güzel ve anlamlı biz genel itibari ile çok beğendik. Yolumuz tekrar düşerde aynı otelde kalmayı isteriz
