Recomended for a family vacation
The hotel is a very good choice when traveling with kids. It is impressive what the personnel do to keep all guests happy, very polite, it seems that they are under staffed but KUDOS to them. The room was very clean and giod size for us 3, nice view. The one which gets the bad review is the elevator, to small for the volume of people at the hotel. The atmosphere is good for the entire family.

Good choice for the whole family
An excellent choice for the whole family, in my opinion a bit under staffed but they do magic and a great jobb, very friendly and polite staff. The rom was clean and spacious with nice view. The food was very good and varied, we stayed 11 nights and we would definitely go back sometime. One thing to have in mind is the elevator, very small to handle that volume of guests but if you take the stairs as a work out, you'll be fine.

If you are traveling with little kids, this is hotel for you! even if you are a family with older kids, go somewhere else. each family had at least one kid who was less than 4 years old and most of the time more than one kid. There is a lot of cranky kids everywhere. :) I like proximity to the beach, all-inclusive options were good with plenty of healthy options and wide selection. There is only one restaurant where you can get food and it does get packed and noisy. There is also a bar and a pool snack hut which is convenient during the day and to get food in between the meal service. The drinks are very bad - seems like pre-made and a very cheap alternative. stick to wine, sangria and hard liquor. what's strange that the ice-cream at the bar was not part of all-inclusive and had to be paid for. The shows for kids were good but i felt started a bit late, 8:30pm and went past 9. Adult shows went past 10pm. it was impossible to rest because the sound traveled well.

Good and bad equally.
Rooms and staff were great. Some areas are a bit tired looking. Big outside bar entertainment area is nice but indoor facilities aren’t enough for a hotel of this size, (5 Blocks of 8 floor buildings). Food was poor apart from breakfast. Dinners were cold and freshly cooked choices were overcooked pork or fish every evening. Pizza oven made sure that was an option every night.

Enjoyable stay. Minor areas for improvement.
Great stay, was disappointing staff at the pool did not know how to use the chair lift as I could have done with assistance getting in and out of the pool. I would also suggest that when borrowing bats and balls etc that a room number is given to ensure return, my daughter tried to play table tennis many times but the bats had not been returned which was frustrating. Cesar is an excellent asset to the hotel, he has a lovely way with him and was very pleasant and great at his job.

Nice hotel - but terrible restaurant environement
Nice hotel - the room was newly renovated amd had a very nice balcony. Unfortunately, we were placed in a connecting room i.e. there is a door (closed and locked of course) between the rooms. This door was paperthin and when you have a lot of families living in the hotel this creages chaos when trying to get kids to sleep at different times. The food was nice, but the restaurant itself was a disaster. The noise level in the open gigantic room placed in what felt like a basement was horrible and we actually dreaded each meal.

Horrible!! My bed was broken, lose and moving if you slightly touched it and had big yellow stains on sheets and pillow. We got another room to sleep in for the night in another building. The next day at lunch time, they still did not fix bed or even change the dirty sheets. We had to complain 3 times before anything was done. One expects that dirty sheets would be a priority. I felt grossed out the rest of our stay. We got another room the next day, but it was too late, everything just felt dirty. On another note, they have a kiddy pool with slides. Our kids found poop in two different locations on the slide, when we told them this, they asked the lifeguards to check, they didnt find it, and because of that they did not close down and clean it. There is water pouring on the slides from above, we mentioned it probably got flushed with the water, but the water is still contaminated. They chose to not listen and not clean the pool. We did not use this pool after that. Disgusting. Overall they did not take action on cleanliness as one would expect. The resturant is super noisy and the food was bland. I do not recommend this hotell at all.

Der er enormt meget støj - meget høj musik, ekstremt larmende spillehal og selv når baren som den sidste lukker ned 23.30 er det helt normalt at børn råber og leger udenfor til kl 02.30. Hertil kommer det forventelige støj og larm på et stort hotel med mange mennesker og mange børn. I restauranten er det helt umuligt at føre en samtale pga støj (lokalet er kæmpe stort og akustikken håbløs) Det er meget ærgerligt for oplevelsen, for maden var faktisk rigtig fin holdt op mod hvad man kan forvente på et all inclusive hotel i den prisklasse. Værelserne er lidt slidte men rene. Udendørs arealerne er også rene og der er nok personale på til at rydde op efter folk. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme, men de er ligeglade med om folk bryder de regelsæt de har på hotellet (ingen rygning ved poolen men kun ved rygeområder, mad ved poolen, poolens lukketider) Der er fire pools - en for sig selv og tre (hvor en er spalsh vandland) og så en større en med aktiviteter og en lille en der tilbyder meget skygge. Der er gode muligheder for mad og drikke hele dagen.

Wir waren sehr entsetzt. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß, aber in einen schlechten Zustand, die Möbel teilweise kaputt. Die Klospülung, lief durchweg.3 mal kamen wir nicht in unser Zimmer, da das Schloss kaputt war. Es war sehr laut in den Zimmern. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht grad zufriedenstellend.An manchen Tagen kam gar keine Reinigung. Das Restaurant war eine absolute Katastrophe, mehr als laut, man konnte sein eigenes Wort am Tisch nicht verstehen. Das Essen war nicht ansprechend. Die Liegen an den Pool, waren so gut wie alles schon früh morgens mit Handtüchern besetzt, obwohl den ganzen Vormittag keiner da war. Die Animation war auch ehr einfach gestaltet. Am Ende arrangiert man sich und wir haben das beste draus gemacht. Zum Glück hatten wir ein Mietauto und konnten täglich fliehen. Dafür waren wir an wunderschönen Stränden und zum Essen in tollen Restauranten auf Mallorca zb. Portocristo oder Portocolom. Es war trotz allem ein schöner Urlaub auf Mallorca. Gereist als Familie mit 3 Kindern Fazit: Nie wieder.
