The staff is great. The person who checked us in went above and beyond helping us not only check in but the know how on how to get to the airport in the morning. If you’re staying one night, this is a great place. Would not recommend long term.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We did not know we had to book another room for our 15 year old, since in Spain the law says that only kids 11 and under can stay with their parents in a double room, although they had an extra bed put in there. Fortunately, the second room was only half the price. Also, the hotel is 10 minutes away from the airport with the car, not on foot, as I read some reviews. A taxi is 22 euros to the airport.

This hotel was a very good option to take a flight out of MAD. It is close to the airport,it has restaurants nearby within walking distance,it’s comfortable and clean. The hotel also offers a very good breakfast at extra charge. I definitely recommend it!
