The amenities were excellent. But, the costumer service was awful. Since the moment we enter the reception date 10.07.22 at around 8 or 9pm the blonde lady at the front desk was super rude. She even said textually that: “we need to pay 300 euros in case we damage the property.” First, hotels make a warranty hold on your card, not a full payment and also they NEVER say it is in case we “damage the property” as we are some kind of animals. She even said when I ask for my voucher, that I didn’t need a copy, I said I want my copy and I received a rude look. Later on, at the check out we call early in the morning to reception to clarify we’ll do a late check out at 1pm, they say it’s ok. Them at 12:55pm when we were closing our luggage to go downstairs, two cleaning ladies star knocking and ringing the bell insistently, I’m pregnant and I was running as fast as I can to open the door, even I was telling them to give me a minute to reach the door. Also, the plaza in front of the building is really dangerous, they’re always cops taking drunk people into custody. Conclusion: one of my worts experiences.
