There was no hot water anywhere in the hotel the entire week, the boiler was broken. One day there was no water pressure to even have a cool shower. The toilet did not flush fully. Although the staff at the desk were kind, there was no information about these issues shared. I believe that was incumbent upon the manager. They did not contact me before check in to notify me that the boiler was not working nor was it disclosed at check in. When I reported it the first morning they acted as if it was a new issue although I was later told it’s been an “ongoing” problem. When I was discussing it with them they made me feel I was being unreasonable to want hot water. They told me not everyone was “complaining” and referred to it as not to “my liking”. We were talking about not having hot water and the ability to shower at all one day! Never was there an apology or an attempt to empathize. It was extremely poor customer service.
