It seems that room service/cleaning doesn’t know that if you clean the room, once upon a time you have to clean under the bed too. We had to move the bed once because something felt on the floor. Hair from the previous guests in the shower. Limited choice of convenience / microwave food. But the top of all was the lady at the reception who hardly spoke German nor English when asking if we could change the room. How is it possible for a company like Wyndham Europe? If this would happen in one of the US based hotels, I would bad service categorize this as “common” but in Germany????

I was very surprised on state of the hotel. I have stayed there in the past when it was called Mercure hotel. This time it felt like I walked in to a semi-construction site. There was no restaurant in the evening and the cleanliness was not so great. Not a hotel in its current state I would recommend to anyone, unless it has a lot of improvements.

Still under construction or renovation. Restaurant looks ready to go but not open yet. Great price compared to other nearby hotels and very friendly staff. Only 9 minutes from airport so taxi driver grumbled about taking me there and overcharged me. Uber drivers wouldn't claim my ride request back to airport either but staff called a cab that arrived promptly.
