I could write a whole book about my experience, worst hotel ever, we had to leave the hotel in less than 2 hours.
- there is no snack bar, there was only a lady handing out potatos, that was the snack bar no other snack.
- we got a room on 15th floor and only one elevator was working, we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator to arrive.
-the AC was not working, I called the front desk 3 times and nobody helped me.
-no internet at all, as soon as we checked in they gave us a paper to enroll 4 devices, we I try my computer I got less than 1MB when connect but then got disconnected and I was unable to connect again.
-when we asked for towels, the towels were dirty, stained and torn.
- we talked to the manager (Lida González) about us leaving and she said I will help and she listen all of our arguments, 3 days later Expedia said the hotel refused to do the cancellation because they offered another room, which they never did, she said one thing and did the other, also changing a room would not fix all the issues.
-finally Expedia did not help either, they offered me $300 credit with them and I had to book another hotel and pay for all the meals of my family, the only time I needed help from Expedia they did not help, we did not cause any expense to the hotel as we left in less than 2 hours, worst hotel EVER!!!
