I was there during the earthquake in Bangkok. The staff handled the situation with great professionalism and made all of us feel safe. In general, the hotel staff is very friendly and provided excellent service. I stayed here some years ago, and it was the best treatment I’ve experienced at any hotel in Bangkok. A big thank you to all the staff — from reception to the restaurant and the cleaning team.

Great apartment style hotel with large suites for families (over 800 sqft per suite for 1 bedrooms). It’s slightly dated and they are undergoing renovations, but the size of the rooms more than make up for it.
