I didn’t like the room, it needs repair and paint. Also they put extra bed without a request on a small room. I loved the cuisine, chef Robson at the main buffet and the Restaurant INEVITÁVEL was fantastic. Very elegant and they celebrated my daughter’s birthday with a cake and champagne. We had a great experience over all.

This is a very limited resort.. the infrastructure is old, AC did not work as expected, ants in room, worst WIFI ever, dinning is just fine. The pool area is good, but you cannot rely only on that to rate a complete stay experience. The beach is beautiful but unusable as it's part of a natural reserve. No beach bar or infrastructure is allowed, plus water is full of jellyfish so if you go with kids, you wouldn't want that experience (my 3 years old daughter was stung by one). Service and staff deserves it's own paragraph. First of all, the general MOOD going around could be better described as "ANGER". Staff is angry working there (not sure if they are tired of turism or very bad payed). On the other hand, the staff is ONLY prepared for BRAZILIANS.. if you speak spanish, super slow or a mixture between portuguese and spanish (which is sometimes the only alternative) they all respond in a very rude way. They are RUDE to any turist that's not brazilian. JUST FYI Entertainment is good but very local.. even with kids entertainment that is ONLY handled in portuguese. Oh, one more thing. If you go with kids, keep in mind you'll walk long distances.. but not too bad.

This hotel is a joke . Worst experience
It’s not 5 star hotel, let’s be realistic more like 2-3 star . Rooms are old and outdated (25 years ago ) , beds are stiff and horrible . No shampoos & continioners, no toiletries. No AC in hotel .. it’s uncomfortable to dine in the restaurants with heat .. food - horrible. Kitchen chefs have no clue what they are doing , they can not even make pica or rice . Restaurants it’s a joke .. same bad quality food , no service no idea what they are doing here . Staff super rude and seems that they don’t want to work. Swimingpool- nobody checks cleanness , or monitor what people are doing there .. people bring food and drinks to the swimingpool - imagine higiene when they get drunk and spill they cocktails and wash theirs hands in the water after food … Room service - doesn’t exist , you might get lucky if they make your bed sometimes and wipe the floor . The only benefit of this hotel is beach and weather. We are not staying again in this hotel ..

Desde o checkin percebe-se a má vontade em receber o hóspede. Funcionários sem educação ou com a mínima empatia e educação principalmente na hora de servir no restaurante principal, que por sinal tem uma comida sem graça e repetida quase todos os dias....trocando apenas 1 ou 2 pratos. Na hora de tentar marcar um restaurante a la carte é um desastre, começando pela atendente que não tem a mìnima vontade de ajudar e nunca tem vaga para os jantares, mesmo sabendo que ficam 7 a 8 mesas vazias por abandono dos hóspedes. Sinceramente, esperava muito mais do hotel e principalmente da culinária.

No momento do check-in muita demora e tem que passar por várias etapas demanda muita paciência (não gostei), a cama tinha areia no lençol, limpeza muito precária, os copos que utilizavam com a marca deles são reutilizáveis e visivelmente sem higiene adequada, a comida é sempre a mesma coisa todos os dias, não tem cardápio variado, tem filas para qualquer coisa que quiser fazer, pois a quantidade de pessoas é maior do que deveria e compromete muito o atendimento! Não voltarei novamente e também não indico! Serei mais criterioso pois o custo é relativamente alto pelo que oferecem! Não vale a pena

Falta funcionários para atendimento !!! Acabam que estão sempre mal humorados e prestando um serviço que deixa a desejar. N/infelizmente não vale o investimento !
