Go back in time
It was a retro hotel with decor from the 60’s and 70’s. It was appointed accordingly and done very tastefully. We will return and refer friends to the Beverly Laurel Hotel.

Retro Cute
This place is so dang cute! We came down for an appointment at Cedars, and picked this hotel for the close proximity. It did not disappoint. It's been well maintained and was clean throughout the grounds. There's a nice diner attached, keeping with the "retro" theme. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend, and would definitely stay again!

Peace 'n Quiet, Love It!
The 60's decor is what attracted me a couple of years ago when I first stayed at the Beverly Laurel hotel. In addition to that it is conveniently located near the Beverly Center and The Grove, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The front desk staff was friendly and they even recognized me from earlier trips! The only thing I missed was housekeeping every day... or maybe every other day... but there were plenty of towels and I keep a clean house and room, so I was okay otherwise. If you like excess and luxury this hotel is not for you. However, if you like the charm of yesteryear combined with modern day amenities, a huge bed and peace and quiet, this could be your next stay!

First, it took forever to check in. We showed up a little before 4pm, and the room wasn't ready. So, we came back around 4:30pm, and we had to wait for almost half an hour to just check in. Then, they don't replace used towels. We stayed 3 nights, but they never once offered fresh towels. We had to bring the used towels to the front desk and were directed to take where to get the fresh towels...

Super kitschy hotel. Large room and door down a hallway so relatively quiet although we did stay on a Wednesday night. Neon lights outside room were peeking thru the curtains over night. Tub only big enough for one person (unless you’re really tiny) and it didn’t drain easily. We could hear walking upstairs. Fun experience though.

Such a fun retro vibe. Room was very clean and comfy. Beautiful grounds. Valet parking in price is amazing. Fabulous iconic diner attached is great food, drinks. Friendly staff. Elevator still broken and construction ongoing all around hotel - but neither were bud deal for me. Definitely will stay again when in that area.
