The location was convenient for me. The staff was ok. They could have been friendlier. The illumination of the room was poor. The doors of the closet need maintenance. The shower needs to be improved The actual configuration isn’t appropriate, needs a complete redesign.

Very close to lively and important neighborhoods in Mexico City, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to, or have to, spend a few days in the area. Parking is free and secure, but not extensive. The property is well-maintained but it's an older hotel for sure. Nevertheless, they charge very reasonable rates for comfortable and spacious rooms.

Location, location, location!
I really enjoyed my time there, location was excellent, my only complaint, and is not a complaint, the bed! It wasn’t comfy, the mattress was hard, but I only was there for 2 days. Other than that, everything was fine, my room was nice and spacious. Big windows, big screen tv. There’s a lot of places to eat outside of the hotel, just in case people don’t want to eat every day there, you can find a lot of things within walking distance. Overall, nice hotel.

The hotel is close to the different offices I had appointments with, so that was very convenient. The rooms could use a little TLC but not bad by any means. The only thing that negatively stood out for me was that I had a hard time opening my room door. They had to change the card three times. But the staff is friendly and ver accommodating.

We were told that the deposit for the key for the safe in the room would not be charged but it was and it has not been reimbursed. The receptionist said we need to call the office ourselves. It is not an insignificant amount.
