Nice Hotel in Salamanca, Guanajuato.
The hotel is located in a shopping mall and right beside a night club called ¨La Mexicanita" Rooms are very nice, clean with a living room and kitchenette and has a small pool which was under renovation. Everything is great except for two things, the night club throws parties from Thursday to Saturday that last until 4 or 5 am that will not allow you to have a good night sleep. Also, there is a railroad track 1/2 mile away and the train makes a very loud noise every hour starting midnight until 7:00 AM when I left the building. Nice hotel but you will not be able to sleep, I suggest you book your stay somewhere else.

I will never stay at another Hotel on future visits to Mexico. I love this place. The rooms are great and the employees are even better. They do everything they can to make sure you are comfortable I recommend this hotel very highly

Good place to stay
I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is fairly new. It is clean. The rooms are quiet and the bed is comfortable. All rooms have a separate kitchenett with a table and chairs. There is a shopping mall attached and a shopping center in the same parking lot, all within easy walking distances. The hotel offers a good restaurant and bar. The only problem I had was they missed my wake up call once. All the other times I had no problems, but now I set my phone alarm.

Desde la llegada, proceso de registro, y entregade habitación todo excelente. El personal muy amable y cooperativo. Lo único que pudiera mejorar es que sean mas claros y puntuales respecto al desayuno y su horario. No todo está en la barra y no empieza tan temprano. Todo lo demás excelente, incluyendo el contenido del desayuno. Me gustó especialmente el área con salita y barra con microondas y cafetera, independiente de la recámara. No tuve oportunidad de disfrutar del área de gimnasio ni de la alberca, pero las visité y me parecieron muy agradables, además del área de negocios que permite tener alguna junta o reunión de trabjo con comodidad

El hotel estaba cerrado por remodelación
El problema es desde la reserva, si el hotel estará en remodelación NO deberían ofertarlo, cuando llegamos al hotel estaba cerrado y nadie quien atendiera, a esa hora tuvimos que conseguir otro hotel justo en fecha de temporada alta. Pésimo servicio, no se si sea culpa del hotel, de expedía o trivago. Uno confía en las páginas y quedamos completamente defraudados.
