Hot tub in room was really filthy.. had to clean it before use. I was pleased that the hot water was right on. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Elizabeth was awesome!
we arrived about an hour and a half before our concert. when we got in our room, the heat wasn’t working. We went down to the front desk and they put us in another room and It was dirty. We sat around for a few minutes while Elizabeth worked on a solution for us. The hotel was full due to the concert, but they did have a suite available which they put us in due to the issues with the two previous rooms. I appreciate Elizabeth’s effort to get us in a room so quickly. We made it to the show on time!
