The staff is super friendly. The area however is very loud. The hotel isn't very well insulated so it got cold this time of year. The area however is very convenient for being a tourist.

Wonderful hotel
Amazingly clean, great location close to all main famous historical sites and shopping areas, the staff are so wonderful and very friendly, the receptionist speaks excellent English as well as the restaurant staff. This is my fourth time at this hotel and Recommend it indeed.

The hotel is in a fantastic part of Istanbul - very close to all of the main attractions. We had the apartment which was huge with very comfortable beds. The staff were lovely and very friendly. We did find that the apartment wasn’t well ventilated though and a bit smelly. Otherwise, perfect for a quick getaway in great location.

Great place overall but needs new carpet. The view from terrace is outstanding and you will have a lot of time to enjoy it as you wait for breakfast -- the food is good but you have to order it and then wait about 20 min. I will bring my travel journal next time.

Super friendly staff and a great central location. The hotel needs a bit of improvement works. Our room looked a bit shabby, the sink in the bathroom leaked (reported to staff), the shower leaked on to the bathroom floor (reported to staff). The curtains did not close fully so the early morning light woke us up very early. Breakfast included however we did not have it every morning as a limited choice. Would not go back as there is many more hotels to choose from.

The hotel was clean, great location. But we were not satisfied with the breakfast at all. The guy who works there gave us a menu to choose from (small dishes) and we were 4persons so we chose each one but in reality the portions were only suitable for 2persons, when we asked for more he said thats all and he couldnt bring more. So the breakfast is not generous at all, the table beside us sere 2 people and they got the same amount.
