Bien accueilli par le personnel, par contre la remise clé à l’arrivée était très long. Il y avait une odeur d’égout dans la chambre malheureusement. La literie était bonne. Par contre l’hôtel est très très mal isolé, donc énormément de bruit de porte qui claque, des ado qui court dans les couloirs. C’était un séjour pas très reposant hélas. Dommage

Las recepcionistas muy amables. La habitación nada que ver con las fotos. Las camas con colchones de muelles super incomodos, las almohadas mas de lo mismo, solo un enchufe en la habitación. Las paredes parecen de papel, escuchabamos a los demas huespedes como si estubieran en nuestra habitacion. La ubicación esta bien a 10 minutos andando de la zona comercial. El wifi horrible, contando que es una zona donde no hay roaming deberia ser mejor, en la habitación no llegaba. Nuestra habitación daba a la calle y las cortinas no eran opacas asi que desde fuera podian vernos. No repetiremos.

La ubicacion es muy buena. El personal muy amable y eficiente. Las habitaciones muy limpias. Pero el hotel se ha de actualizar (modernizar las habitaciones, moqueta de los pasillos, baldosas y bañera en los baños) poner varios ejemplos. Aunque tiene pocas plazas de aparcamiento, a 20 mts tienes uno municipal.

Sejour en famille pour skier. Hotel tres bien placé à 300 mètres de caldea centre de Balneo et à 500mètres de la rue piétonne. Par contre l état général de l hôtel n est pas excellent. Salle de bain vestuste et mal équipée, ( pas de seche cheveux. Lavabo bouché et qui fuit)...les parties communes vieillottes egalement...nourriture pour anglais....frites, pates, ...employés bruyants ainsi que les clients...pas de grasse mâtinée. En gros, hotel pas cher mais ca ne vaut pas plus. A eviter si possible

Je déconseille très fortement
Je deconseille fortement cet hotel. À notre arrivée le parking de l hotel plein donc il faut se debrouiller pour trouver une place ailleurs...Les lits sont tres inconfortables et le linge de lit catastrophique. Mon fils qui est allergique aux acariens etait vraiment très mal... la chambre etait sale, poussiéreuse et petite pour 3 personnes. Mon mari s est reveille avec des plaques rouge sur le visage. La salle de bain/toilettes n en parlons meme pas... tres mal agencée sale et petite. Pour le prix que nous avons payé c est une honte !!! Les murs des chambres extra fin et à la fin du sejour un cars d adolescent venu sejourner. Ils courraient partout et faisaient beaucoup de bruit personne de l hotel n a pensé au respect des autres résidents. Le petit dejeuner sous forme de buffet je dirais à peu pres correct et encore... ils servent jusqu'a 10h30, soit disant, un matin nous sommes arrives à 9h30 les distributeurs de boisson n étaient plus dispo et vous ne pouvez plus vous assoir où vous voulez en salle car ils avaient deja commencé la mise en place pour le déjeuner ...le matin de notre depart l eau a été coupée à 9h30 soit disant pour travaux. Franchement fuyez ...
