The room was clean and decorated well. The bathroom was huge with a larger than average shower and 2 sinks .
Tea and coffee facilities and water in fridge . Bathroom had toiletries inc shampoo shower gel shower cap soap and 2 hair dryers.
My only issue with the bathroom was there were no shelves to put anything on.. you only had the sink … some shelving would be really helpful and another mirror over the second sink .
My minor issue with the bedroom was the beds kept rolling away from the wall lol
The main and quite stressful problem that I had was that I did not receive an email from the hotel as stated to give me a code to gain access during non working hours. This left me standing outside for a while with 3 children ! And the number on the hotel door .. no one ever answers.
Eventually someone turned up and we got in ..
they were very accommodating and let us leave luggage on arrival before the check in time and on departure we were able to leave our luggage and collect when we were ready using the door code to gain entry .
The surrounding area is brilliant and literally everything is within walking distance.
Ps the photo of building is not this hotel so don’t look for that building when trying to find hotel.
