We stayed here for 2 nights in a clean quiet room overlooking the sea and close to everything. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast with lots to choose from. We highly recommend this great hotel!

They provided me with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to avoid, saving me from common tourist traps and helping me find authentic spots around the city. Wonderful staffs but no more than that
The staffs were super kind. They were the most kind staffs that I have ever met at hotels in my life. But our room was too small. We didn’t have space for two cabin carriers. Bathroom was also so tiny. Other than the size, overall quality was ok. I would say our room was suit for one person not two. Its location was not that good. It is quite close to a tram station but it is on a steep hill, so it was not convenient.

My family of five (3 teenage boys) just enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Zeyn Hotel. We stayed in 2triple rooms and had plenty of space where we didn’t feel crowded. Breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. The surrounding area was great. Really close to all the historical sites in the Sultanamhet. The real standout was the amazing service. The front desk staff and the general manager were outstanding. Extremely helpful. Would love to return and stay at the Zeyn hotel again.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, but two the manager Selchuk and staff member Nino, truly made our stay memorable. Selchuk was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect, from providing excellent recommendations for local attractions to ensuring our room was comfortable and well-maintained. His knowledge of the city and genuine enthusiasm for making our visit enjoyable was evident and greatly appreciated. Nino was equally impressive, offering exceptional service with a warm and friendly demeanor. Whether it was assisting with special requests or simply making us feel at home. The Zeyn Hotel itself was a good choice for us to stay, but it’s the personal touches from staff members that truly set it apart.

One of the best stay experiences! The service and everyone on the reception team and the hotel staff were fantastic, very kind, and very helpful. The room was spacious with daily cleaning, a variety of breakfast options. They welcomed us with nice gifts! The hotel is close to many attractions. Great location in the old town area. Lots of sites close by. Very clean and staff were more than helpful and very courteous. Lots of dining options in area. Could hear doors closing at night but I had earplugs so not a big deal. Great traditional Turkish breakfast with North American options. Would definitely stay again.

Overall I had a good experience. However, if you have large luggage, be aware that sometimes taxis cannot reach the hotel due to very narrow roads. The roads are also bumpy, making it difficult to carry your luggage. To get to the main road, you have to go uphill, so be prepared for some climbing. On the positive side, the staff were super nice and helpful, and the room was very clean and neat. They also served a very decent breakfast.
