There is a very unfriendly and unwelcoming female staff member at reception - who made me feel very uncomfortable with her looks and stares, being someone from a different ethnic background. I'm unsure whether she is in fact, the hotel manager.
The only friendly staff, was a lady tending to the kitchen/working during breakfast time. And the man on reception in the late late hours of the night. They had very genuine smiles.
Pleasantly spacious room and bathroom, but unfortunately very thin walls - at night I could hear the next rooms tv very clear and loud; their conversations between each other; their showers being run; and even the use of the toilet. It got so much at one point I found myself saying out loud in the dark "Please, I'm trying to sleep" - and to my surprise, the loud talking stopped straight away!
Breakfast had a selection, but unfortunately no hot food like the offering of at least scrambled egg and frankfurt sausage you see in other European buffets. So that was a little disappointing.
Unfortunately not a hotel I will be recommending to anyone which is a shame, and solely due to how the lady was towards me at reception each time. Was a sad thing for me to encounter each day.
