Perfect but spa bookings should be prioritized
Everything was perfect just the scheduling for the Spa is a bit messy so we had to wait for some guests to be back with their lockers’ keys to enter, though we had booked it. Definitely perfect stay if they can improve this and do not maximize their profits regardless of guests’ bookings.

The property is absolutely wonderful. Rooms are big enough for a 2 night stay. Wasn't a fan of shower over the bath as bath was quite high. Do not carry large suitcase as there have many many stone steps and extremely difficult to carry all the way along to hotel as google maps might fake you the wrong way. Besides of this, hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is good.

We had a great time at this property. Came in with two adults and two young kids and the room we got was spacious with a private balcony. We got a reservation at the spa which was the best spa experience we have ever had - not to be missed. The staff was very friendly - gave us bottles of water, provided us with a fan since the room was hot despite the AC, and the shuttle to the parking was very convenient too. The location of the hotel is amazing as well. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back when we visit Matera again.
