Real luxury feeling with genuine service
This is actually one of the best hotels I have experienced. We were lucky enough to get a room on the 21st floor, so the view was great. We had pretty much a standard room but it is still spacy and the bathroom was much larger than what you get at most hotels. The breakfast is excellent with very friendly staff. The chef cooks great omelettes on request. Nice skybar on top floor. Very nice spa-area. One day, my daughter asked for an extra pillow. The staff in the reception then presented a "pillow-menu" with a number of different pillows to choose from. I am definitely coming back to this hotel, absolutely loved it! Such a genuine service touch.

Brilliant stay in Tallinn
Great stay. Hotel is well located, short walk to Old Town, to the beaches, ferry terminal. Airport is a short bus ride away with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Room brilliant, huge comfy bed, huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. We had a view of the harbour. Breakfast is really good, lots of choices. Bar on 30th floor is worth a visit, great views . Spa is a lovely place to relax. All staff very friendly and helpful.

High quality hotel with good location
Hotel exterior and interior are on a very good level, no worn out materials anywhere. Lobby is spacy and has all the necessary services. Breakfast has it all, a wide range of everything and on top of that there is a chef to prepare an omelette for everyone who wants it. Room was very spacy and linen clothes were high quality. Bed is very hard and there is two pillows per person. Bathroom is also spacy and there. Gyme was good also, although it is missing a basic thing which is a chin up bar. Spa is in a good condition, but the stove in the sauna is in horrible condition (stove needs to be changed as well as the stones in it). All in all I will definitely come back to this hotel, since is the best in Tallinn so far from my experience.
