Podría ser un buen hotel pero esta en muy malas condiciones, la habitación es una caja de zapatos blanca con las puertas del wc y regadera de vidrio sin tener privacidad, la regadera tenia pelos , el piso de la habitación estaba sucio, las cortinas rotas y el aire acondicionado a pesar de que lo reportamos y fueron a checarlo nunca funcionó, la cama y almohadas duras y las sabanas rasposas, la habitación la ofrecen con desayuno buffet incluido y en realidad es solo pan, cafe y jugo. El peor hotel que he visitado TODO FATAL

El personal es muy amable, la comida excelente, el lugar es muy bello, pero las instalaciones como el cuarto que nos asignaron era un verdadero sauna pues el aire acondicionado nunca funciono al igual que en otras cinco o seis habitaciones y no me podian asignar otra habitacion, lo que logramos por esa noche y al dia siguiente nos cambiamos de hotel,Otras habitaciones tenian el mismo problema asi como con el santitario. Mala noche la que pasamos.Los problemas que tiene el hotel no son para el nivel que contratamos.

Una excelente opción en Puebla!
El hotel está muy bien ubicado dentro del centro histórico con vías de fácil acceso, el diseño del hotel es increíble solo se nota algo el paso de los años en las habitaciones y necesitan algo de mantenimiento en persianas y los baños.
