I am not one to leave reviews or comments, but I have never had such a horrible experience. I would like to start with the only two positive comments, the staff member Daksh was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was not bad, the kitchen area looked clean. Besides this, I would say this establishment needs to close for a make over. I will start with the smell, the entire place smells of cigarettes and marijuana; very poor paint job (looks like something my 15 year old would do); the carpets are filthy; the shower would either have boiling hot water or freezing cold; the blankets had cigarette holes and the comforter was ripped. I asked for a container to get ice (which there is only one working one in the entire hotel) and I was given a trash bag to put the ice in. I stayed there 4 days and not once did housekeeping come in to not even throw out the trash, I had to go to the first floor to ask for more toilet paper which I find ridiculous. I would recommend for people to stay away from this establishment and to be honest, I don’t think I can trust Country Inn & Suites as a corporation after this terrible experience.
