Excellent stay but-lamps in room were crooked?? Took 3 days to get someone to open closed safe (from prior to our arrival). Garbages too small and nowhere to recycle. Great shower. Great sized room. Very close to subway and attractions.

We spent over a week at the Hilton Club and the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff were excellent. We'd had to change rooms part way through our stay at the request of the management as there was a maintenance issue with a neighbouring room which we cheerfully agreed to. Only sour note was when we checked out and wanted to spend our last two hours in Manhattan at MoMA the hotel charged us $20 to mind our bags. After spending thousands of dollars staying for more than a week it was poor customer relations to nickel and dime us on the way out. Do better Hilton, we'll try somewhere else next time.
