The customer service at check-in and check-out was amazing - very kind, helpful and friendly staff! The hotel is so conveniently located near the beach, which was just awesome! The general atmosphere of this place was clean and comfortable , would definitely stay again! Hghly recommended!!! Thank you for having us!

Needs Renovations and Better Parking

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the service was great, the property itself is in need of renovations. I didn’t realize until after booking that there was no pool, but that wasn’t a huge issue. However, our first room had a leak. The gentleman at the front desk was super kind and helpful, but the young lady initially blamed us for not having the AC on—even though we hadn’t turned it off. When we returned to our room, the AC was off, and the ceiling was leaking. To make matters worse, the couch in the suite was terribly dirty and disgusting—I wouldn’t sit on it, let alone allow my son to sleep on it. After calling the manager, they were very accommodating and quickly offered to relocate us. The second room was much cleaner and in better condition. I assume the larger suites take more wear and tear from families, but it’s unfortunate that they aren’t maintained as well. Parking was another major issue. The number of spaces is very limited, and there are no signs indicating that they are reserved for hotel guests. Because the hotel shares the property with a bar, many of the spots were taken, leaving us to park on the street the second night, which was very stressful. The breakfast area was also disappointing—there were only a handful of bles, which is far too small for a hotel with multiple floors of rooms. The food didn’t look very appetizing either. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful, but the owners really need to consider updating the hotel. I suspect the

Good for a short trip only

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was out dated a bit and the parking was horrible. Holiday Inn have more parking spots than this hotel. The are sharing a parking lot. The great thing about this place it is close by the beach. The parking and out dated room was the worst.

Needs work..

Upon pulling in you can tell this hotel has seen better days. The outside is literally falling apart. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The elevator needs major repairs and was often dirty. The room left much to be desired. It was outdated and had numerous cheap "landlord" patches. The tub didnt drain well.. we had to fight with the stopper to keep it going. The oven kept setting the smoke detector off while pre-heating. The TV in the main area was constantly struggling to maintain a signal and glitched through every show we attempted to watch. The bedroom TV was much better. The dishwasher was missing a rack but worked well when we used it. When we asked for a blanket for the pull out couch we were told no-they dont offer blankets for the pull out. Only a sheet set. We asked for a crib (as they advertised) that we requested at booking- they dont have any cribs. Only a single play pen. The queen beds were as hard as a rock. Pillows were comfortable but each bed only had three. The "business" center is a single HP computer with matching printer in the front lobby. Breakfast was unappealing- microwaved sausage links, egg patties, cereal, waffles, coffee, juice, and pastries. Thankfully, with a full kitchen, we were able to make our own. The patking lot is very limited so if you dont ahow up early, youre likely stuck parking on the street and walking. Great distance from the beach... and even though we didnt have a balcony, you could see the coast from our window.

Don't even think about staying here!!!!

We didn't stay are you kidding me. 1st our room wasn't ready. 2nd there is a tiki bar with a bunch of bad looking people hanging out in the parking lot. 3rd the room was old small the cabinets in the picture looked like they were going to fall apart. There was a bad smell through out the hotel. The people working there had a careless attitude. Lady behind the front counter had prision tattoos all over her face with access to your info. My wife has cancer and did not feel safe there at all. I heard the staff yell at another customer about the door card getting unprogrammed. Just a very bad vibe and no way we could stay there.

Decent, good location, bad parking

Overall fine, about the right price for the condition of the hotel. Needs some upgrades, repairs and deep cleaning. Location is great near the beach. Most frustrating was the lack of parking. They only have about 20 spaces for the entire hotel. People at the bar next door use their spots. First night we had to park down the street. The hotel next door has an entire large parking lot, but this hotel can't use it.

I had to go out to find and buy ice at 8:00 pm.

The room was good. It had a full refrigerator freezer. My problem was that NO ONE told me that I had to provide my own ice. I made the mistake of assuming the hotel had ice like every other hotel in the United States. When I needed ice, I was told that all of the ice machines were broken. If I had known, I could have made my own ice in the freezer using plastic cups and other containers.

This place is kinda ran down. They had a room for me, however it was smelling of mildew in the hallway, and the features are just under kept. For being a coastal resort/suite… I’d had hoped for a little more then just really old style hotel. I was not impressed and wouldn’t have taken anyone with. The best part of the entire room was the shower. That’s about it
