This hotel was in a nice location down from the train ramp. They were accommodating with ordering my morning taxi to the airport. I enjoyed the rooftop bar for a last Japanese Whisky. Wish I had time for the spa.

It wa the very first stay in this property though I have been to Naha almost every month for business.. it is located on the busy street where traffic is always busy but if your room is on the other side of the entrance, good ocean view and quietness is guaranteed especially on the high floors. Room was upgraded and could check in before noon for VIP access status.

Unfortunately the SPA which we looking forward to was closed for renovation throughout our stay. Another disappointment, only given 2 complimentary bottles per room per visit, regardless of length of stay. Good thing was we were given a room upgrade to deluxe.

Good location to be based
Very good location that is close to the airport, monorail station and also Naha City centre where many great restaurants are located. Even locally there are pubs and ramen restaurants that closes at 1:30 am. The rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. Good place to rest after a hard day enjoying the sites and eating 🍽️ 🍜 🍣 🍱 The shower, bathtub and toilet are all splendid as expected of a good Japanese hotel. The only thing was that the TV was a small 24” with no international channels. But we are not ones to watch TV anyway. The bed was slightly had but I still slept well.

The Nahana hotel is a really nice hotel for exploring Naha. It's a 20 minute walk to Kokusai Street and Makishi Public market, but it's worth it if you get a great room rate like I did. Taxis are cheap though, and there's a train stop about a block away (the train only goes through Naha). My room was nice and roomy. The bathroom has a Japanese furo tub too! The hotel has a pretty good Japanese breakfast buffet for 2000 yen, which is convenient. I didn't make use of the spa in the basement because they started remodeling the spa during my stay, and I didn't go early enough. The restaurant at the top looked good, but I didn't eat there because there were so many awesome restaurants in the neighborhood that I wanted to try instead. In fact, there's a yakitori place on the next block (Kushi Kado) that was probably the best yakitori that I had the entire trip! There's also the Urashima Dinner Theater just up the street. I would definitely stay here again..

The staff was friendly, property location was convenient. The hotel itself is very dated and the overall ventilation, cleanliness of the rooms were dirty. I ended changing rooms once already due to an strong smoky odor, even though it's on a nonsmoking floor; the 2nd room had the same smell. the air conditioner was old, dusty and was not working efficiently - it was set at 18° my entire stay but felt more like 20°. The carpets and wallpaper in the room was dirty. I had a headache and was congested due to poor filter ventilation during my entire stay. Also the spa area was closed for renovations and the hotel credits provided from booking didn't provide alternative use of the credits for the spa not being available.
