I was already not exactly thrilled about simply changing my reservation, one day from my original reservation, from a Executive suite with a king bed, to two queens and having my cost go from 187.00 for two days to 331.00 and simply told "sorry changes and availability" I drove straight through from Colorado(13 hours) and wasn't expecting more "surprises" After unpacking, I checked the fridge as I was going to pick up some groceries, so I cold recover the next day and stay in for a bit. I find the fridge is vibrating and is warm on the inside. I try and call the front desk and the phone is broken. I go down to the front desk and the clerk after checking says, I have another executive with twin beds you can have. he gives me new key cards and after packing up again, we go to the new room and it's a small standard room with two beds. So my friend can see that I'm not happy and goes downstairs to talk to the clerk again. The clerk comes up and says " I wonder why this is listed as an executive room" After checking the fridge we decide to switch refrigerators so we can have the size room I paid for. So I go back to the original room and after unpacking again, I see the top sheets are stained. I am tired and angry now, so I roll the sheets all the way down so they aren't touching me. The breakfast was horrible, No bacon or sausage and whatever was posing as hash browns, wasn't. The coffee came out cold both days. I'm posting some pics and I expect a refund on this disaster.
