The elevators were difficult to operate, sometimes they would just reset and not move, I had to leave early in the mornings and find the staff sleeping on the lobby couches, there were a lot of duct tape (literally) around the hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good area of La Reforma. But the property has seen better days, although clean it needs to be updated. There is a musty smell in the corridors and in the rooms and the windows cannot be opened. Breakfast is basic.
