weekend in Zapata
The room was reasonably clean. The towels were not completely dry. We only stayed one night, so it was not a big deal. I also reserved a room with a King bed, but our room only had a Queen bed. The breakfast was good. A lot of choices including hot food.

Bad Stay
Not a very pleasant experience.The receptionist had given our room to another guest with my last name. They did not even check the confirmation number to see if it was me. My family had to wait longer than an hour and a half before we were given a room. I had a crying 2 year old granddaughter crying and screaming because she was tired and hungry from the long road trip. We had purchased food but it got cold. We were not given an apology for the mix-up and long wait. Then to make matters worse, they wanted us to move to another room in the morning because of some technical difficulties with the key card system. I kept telling them to please let my family get a room and that it could be sorted out while they settled in but the answer was "NO". Very bad manager. To top it all off, the receptionist basically blamed us for the mix up.

Think twice before using Third-party booking
I couldnt go due to an emergency and the booking was no refunded at all. Nobody wanted to help. Everyone from both the hotel and Hotels.com kept giving me the run arround and kept saying to speak with the other company. Nothing was resolved. $336 down the drain.

Awful hotel stay
Unsanitary conditions; mold on walls of bathroom filter and a very strong moldy smell in room. Shower did not work; tile part of floor were sticky; clothes got a damp clamy feel to the touch . Had reservations for 2 night but had to leave a day before — we were told that hotel was old and rooms were the same. Paid good money for awful experience.
