Loved the property and the condo. It was very clean, stocked with essentials, and had multiple pools. The rooftop restaurant was nice and food was awesome. They do have assigned underground parking.Only downfall is finding it and the streets are horrible. We received our checkin email the day of but was able to checkin a hour early. If your not fluent in Spanish definitely have a translator app available because majority of staff speaks Spanish but everyone was very nice.

Knowing the fact that they are a new hostel and they’ve only been open since July, they definitely out did themselves with the cleanliness and the luxury jungle vibe. I stayed in Mistiq Gardens for 14 days in Aug 2024. The development is nice and modern BUT there is no one to give you a helping hand or any information. We didn't have electricity for 6 days in our apartment, and it meant no electricity, no water, no air conditioning, simply nothing. We had to grab water from the pool to flush our toilet, we couldn't cook and our groceries in the fridge went bad 3 times. When we asked the front receptionist when would be electricity back on, they had no idea. This pretty much ruined our whole vacation and I would welcome some financial REFUND back. Yes, the manager will respond to this review that it is not their fault, BUT ALSO NOT MINE! Travel somewhere else - with electricity!

Arriving here it seemed like a nice clean place. I enjoyed the rooftop food and pools. However, they did not provide housekeeping and when asked for toilet paper they mentioned they did not offer that either. We had to buy basic necessities such as toilet paper, napkins and plastic bags.

This Property is absolutely worth the price. Make sure you got your own mobility cause the location is not the best. Some Rooms are very good and some Rooms are OK, do you gotts be lucky with this. I recommend to Book a bigger one.

This is a newer property, so the facilities are actually pretty great. The pools, the gym, etc. are in great condition. The upstairs restaurant is also convenient since there is nothing walkable from the property. There are taxis out front all the time that can take you where you need to go. We had a 3 bdrm penthouse with a private pool. The pool was unusable the whole trip because there was never any way to clean it and it would get dirty very quickly. There was also no soap, shampoo or towels in one bathroom, and no cups or anything that would make it convenient. Definitely felt like a room that was just always rented out...but it was still a great place to stay!

Worst stay experience. Please review my experience below and save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. Cons: -Ice cold showers -Construction zone all around property so impossible to get rest during mornings. -Water stopped working during half my stay -No support with issues -AC units in room make it very hard to sleep since they make a knocking noise -This is not a hotel. Each unit has an owner. Which makes it impossible to get a refund once you book. PROS: Good view from top of property

This property is beautiful and well maintained. It is far removed from town and there are no grocery store, shops or restaurants for about 2 miles. I received my check-in email 26 minutes before 3:00pm, the time to check-in. The property had 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel, one broom, one dustpan, 3 sponges and dish soap in a container that was specifically for sponge dispensing and couldn’t really wash hands with it since there was no hand soap or beach towels for the 5 pools on the property. I message Luis very early on the 2nd day of my stay and have yet to hear back on how to get these amenities that should have been included. Also, the water included was one 16oz bottle of water. The room had a very musty smell that even with open balcony doors would not subside.

They did not honor my reservation. I booked a Grand Suite in Mistiq Gardens and they gave me a smaller, 3 bedroom condo that did not match location or pictures. Apart from that, the doors in my room and restroom locked shut it closed. I was stuck in there for an hour as they did not have keys. They removed the handle to avoid it because it continued to lock anytime the doors were closed. The restroom sink did not work and the shower didn’t have hot water. Extremely disappointed

my stay here did not start out well due to arriving at the location and our apartment was completely dirty. There were bugs inside the apartment. There was trash everywhere. There were beds, not made basically nobody did housekeeping before we arrived. To preface, the hotel already had extremely bad communication with us. I messaged a month prior, a week prior, two days prior, a day prior and the day of prior. We had received no information about our apartment. two hours before our check-in that is when we received the information and how to get into the apartment. There is no concierge there. The person you contact to is through WhatsApp they are only available until 5 PM. I tried calling them. I tried texting them no matter what. Unfortunately, I got there after 5 PM so that just meant that I wasn’t gonna be helped, wasted in our apartment around 6:30 that is when I got a call back after I tried to message everyone that the security told me to message. We were able to be moved to a different location just for the night. we felt very uncomfortable to have been in the apartment. We couldn’t even situate ourselves when arriving from the airport after that there were numerous situations where we try to get their help and we did not get a response Or if we did it took hours. If we were able to get through to someone by phone call, the person who answered would be very rude. We honestly were very happy that we got to get out of that apartment as fast as we could.

If you decide to stay here just know that no one speaks English except for the manager Octavio & he is not that helpful. My room started flooding through the front door when it started raining brining in worms. I found this out when I went downstairs and immediately slipped and fell. I told Octavio ( the manager) and he did not seem to care. He sent over people to clean it up and fix the door. They said they were going to do it that day but instead they woke us up at 9am with drilling and banging. No extra toilet paper was provided, no extra towels (until we used our towels for the flood), no mop, no broom, no cleaning products in general. They expect you to clean the place yourself or pay $50 cleaning fee. There was a free shuttle to a beach club but Octavio did not bring this up until I asked. He didn’t provide any details about it either. I had to continue asking him questions about the complimentary service they were providing. The other staff members were amazing & super friendly. Loved the roof top views and all the pools.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of 5 days. I highly recommend using Google maps when commuting ! The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with dirt roads with a lot of potholes and NO street lights. So be cautious when driving at night! Before arriving we received an email of what apartment was assigned to us and when we could check-in. We had to check in twice ! The first check-in spot gave us wristbands . The second check-in is where we received our key . The apartment looks EXACTLY like the photos ! In the fridge they give complimentary water ! Even had a washer in dryer with cleaning supplies in our room! The bathroom is to die for. The shower water gets hot after a certain amount of time of being in there (20-25 minutes. ). There were beach towels AND regular towels provided. Not washcloths though. There was one tv in our room and we could connect to YouTube , Hulu , Netflix ,etc. The cons I can say is that there aren’t enough outlets in the room, and the wifi isn’t that great. There’s also construction going on but it didn’t bother us much because we were barely in the room . Also and the parking garage, someone has to manually open the entrance gate and exit gate everytime. There were times where we had to open and close the gates ourselves ! Besides all of that the hotel was pretty nice. Not too far from the strips of clubs, restaurants of Tulum. Everything local was a 10-17 minute trip !
