Beautiful rooms - Horrible experience!
This hotel did not disclose the fact that they were under maintenance and both the pool and spa were closed! Very disappointing to me as I was traveling and booked because of the spa. Maintenance was obvious both on the main floor and also on the floor they put me on.
Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and quite loud with a large depression in the center.
Private party was held in the hospitality room that was quite loud and very disruptive, waking me up several times. People were talking loudly in hallways and in front of the building right under my window while consuming alcohol from party. I finally called down to front desk to tell at almost 1am.
Breakfast was ok- but exactly the same two days in a row.
There was no safe in the room- despite the claims there are.
I made several attempts to discuss issues with the property regarding this all - front desk dismissed it as two teen boys causing necessary repairs and agreeing that guests should be warned about the maintenance. Then tried to contact property through hotels.com and received no reply either.
Very unhappy and disappointed my stay and will not be back! Will make me think twice about using Country Inn again in the future.
If you are considering booking this hotel to enjoy a quiet nights sleep or their amenities I highly suggest you look else - there are many other hotels nearby!
