Can't beat the location just 3 minutes from St. Mark's. Staff was friendly, but the room was incredibly tiny, the floor was not level and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable. No breakfast included.

Lovely gem in Venice
We went to Venice to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. What a lovely quaint hotel right by the waterfront. An easy walk to all the main well known buildings. River taxis to everywhere (including the airport) outside the hotel front door, a lovely restaurant for breakfast just around the corner. We had an attic room, views of the lagoon at the front, old Venice at the back.

My 50th Birthday Celebration!
The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but considering the price charged (£140.68, excluding taxes and fees), we trust and don’t mind paying when the photos provide a positive impression, especially with an online reservation. It was my first time in Venice, for my birthday! However, the room size for a couple was quite disappointing. The space was so cramped that, for my husband to pass toward the bathroom, I had to wait on the other side of the bed. The passageway couldn’t accommodate two people at once, which was very uncomfortable. I was particularly disappointed due to my fear of small spaces. I would not recommend the Double Room in the Annex of this hotel for couples.
