Best hotel we've stayed in. The service and hospitality of this hotel is more like 5 stars. They were polite, amazingly accomidating, very approachable and helpful. I come back to Malgrate just to stay in this lovely hotel. The view from the rooms was breathtaking and the rooms were spotless clean and huge in size

Absolutely stunning hotel in a beautiful location. Stayed in hundreds of hotels, this is in the top 10 easily. The level of finish is spectacular.. Only small point for improvement was that at checkout there were 3 (maybe even 4 colleagues on the front desk) and only 1 of them seemed to be able to do anything.. which then created bottlenecks.
