Decent stay. Loved that it was 10 minutes from anything we wanted: the outlet mall, food, shops, activities. The sheets in our room had some stains (nobody is perfect, so I didn’t say anything) there was MOLD in our bathroom Tv didn’t work, I think we had 2 channels and no airplay Staff was so friendly and breakfast was small selection. Please check for expiration dates on food 😬

Short staffed over Christmas holidays. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no hair dryer in the room. The morning we left , we had breakfast, but the sausage gravy was cold and there was no pancake mix in the machine. Ice machine didn't work. Also the Hotel sign out front was not lighted.

The hotel was close to the purpose of the trip. The price was good but, the carpet in the room was stained and lifting in several places. My sister and I recently stayed a week here. The staff were amazing -- from the GM to front desk team to housekeeping and facilities team, they were attentive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and housekeeping checked on us regularly for whatever we needed. Hot breakfast buffet was well stocked and coffee was fresh all day. Plenty of free parking, too!

Dirty and poor service.
The blankets were dirty and visibly stained. The snack area had very few things in stock, and when we finally found someone to help, they didn’t know what the prices were for the few items available. There were no towels in the room and we were given some at check in. The night managers were not at the desk, but kept going into a couple of the rooms. They were dressed in sweats and pajama looking clothing. There was also a smell of marijuana.
