2 issues, they say they have truck parking, but NOT. Guy took about an hr to find us a spot across the street on a lawn. We had a 26' Uhaul.
In the AM when we wanted to use the kitchenette, we tried (unsuccessfully) to use the cooktop bit it had some sort of child lock on it. We spent a good hr trying to unlock it. The staff doesn't arrive until 8. Even the staff member had difficulty and eventually got a tech guy on the phone and he told the staff guy how to unlock it, by then we had to start packing up and couldnt really make full use of the stove top. I mentioned they really should have an instruction sheet, he seemed like huh, hmmm, maybe a good idea !
When I checked out he asked how our stay was. I told him all about the above, he said next time we stay he would "take care of us". I told him we wouldn't stay again unless they refunded us the difference between the kitchenette room and the regular room. He said no.
