Purtroppo esperienze nn del tutto positiva ,mi dispiace fare recensioni nn piacevoli ma questa volta nn è andato tt liscio.. Dalla struttura per arrivare all'aeroporto con i mezzi pubblici si sta circa 20 minuti con altri 10 di camminata .....arrivati in albergo gia piccoli problemi con il check in in quanto nn risultavano tutte le stanze nonostante fossero già pagate due su tre. Al momento che arriviamo in stanza una delle tre era ancora da pulire,consegnata come lasciata da clienti precedenti .A questo punto disponibili ci assegnano altra stanza ...Chiediamo se possibile cenare lì,ci dicono che la cucina è aperta fino alle 22....ore 19:30;ci presentiamo in ristorante. ...attendiamo 10 minuti nessuno si degna di avvicinarsi al che c'è ne andiamo,usciamo e troviamo un posto nelle vicinanze. Tirando le somme rimasta delusa (soggiorno di due notti).

Hotel was Great. Comfy bed, nice staff, provided a decent hairdryer for me. Wish there was a kettle in the room though. Not the hotels fault but getting into town was a nightmare - the airport train was suspended due to essential work - the replacement bus 163 to Schönefeld to get another train was terrible - the bus was delayed by 40 mins on several occasions. I’m sure it’ll be better when this problem is fixed and hope it is soon, if the rail link was open it would be a great place to stay. I’m sure it’s frustrating for everyone in the area. If you’re looking for decent cheap food cross the road to the Aldi, great noodle stall outside.

Our room was set for one guest and we were two, so we had to ask for additional towels, pillows and a comforter. It took over 3 hours for housekeeping to deliver these items. The air conditioner seemed to be set so it would not go below a certain pre-set degree and our room became very hot overnight. We could have opened our window since the evening became cooler, but our room overlooked the train station so we would have heard the train all night. The hotel (room and bathroom as well) appeared to be clean, but the bathroom had a continuous sewage smell no matter how many times the toilet was flushed or scents were sprayed. This hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, but I would not stay here again.

The property is well located next to the Grünbergallee S-Bahn, which allows easy access to/from the BER airport and also to the Berlin Mitte. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The property offers a decent breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a microwave in the room. We were fortunate to obtain a reasonable price for our stay through Hotels.com, and we will certainly consider staying here in the future.
